Out of the three phones, only the vanilla HONOR 70 will get a global launch, the rest two phones will remain exclusive for China. HONOR has already listed a page for HONOR 70 on their official France, Spain and UK websites. The landing pages reveal that, the phone will go on sale from September 2, and users can avail a 50 EUR or 50 GBP discount early bird coupon. Other than that no information is disclosed about the phone. Ahead of the official launch, I (Sudhanshu Ambhore) have managed to get the European prices of the HONOR 70 along with its storage and color options. Let’s take a look at them.
HONOR 70 Prices, Storage and Color options
As per sources, the HONOR 70 will be available in three color options in Europe: Midnight Black, Emerald Green and Crystal Silver. The Icelandic Frost color option will option will not launch in the event. The handset will be available in 8GB+128GB and 8GB+256GB memory configurations. The prices of HONOR 70 is as follows: -8GB+128GB: EUR 549 -8GB+256GB: EUR 599

We can confirm that, the European or Global variant of HONOR 70 will remain identical to its Chinese variant. Let’s look into the specs of the phone. At the front, the HONOR 70 uses a 6.67 inch curved OLED panel with FHD+ resolution, 120 Hertz refresh rate and 20:09 aspect ratio. The display can view 1.07 billion colors and also supports DCI-P3 wide color gamut. Under the hood, the phone gets the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G Plus processor, with 5G support. On software side, the device comes preloaded with Magic UI 6.1 based on Android 12 OS. The global version will come with Google Play Services support. On the back, the HONOR 70 utilizes a triple camera setup and a flash placed inside two rings. A 54MP Sony IMX800 Main lens, a 50MP Ultra Wide lens that also doubles as a Macro lens and a 2MP Depth camera. The device however lacks OIS and instead uses EIS. For selfies, the handset features a single 32MP camera. The device will be powered by a 4800mAh Lithium Polymer battery and can be pumped up with HONOR’s 66W SuperCharge tech. It lacks wireless charging support, however. For security the phone employs a under display optical fingerprint scanner. Connectivity wise, the HONOR 70 supports USB Type-C port, Dual SIM, Wi-Fi 5 GHz, Bluetooth 5.2, and NFC.
